Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Frozen cauli rice
  • 1 spoon vanilla protein

Optional toppings

  • Sprinkle of bee pollen
  • Sprinkle of cacao puffs

Preparation

  1. Blend the pumpkin purée, frozen banana, almond milk, cinnamon, frozen cauli rice, and vanilla protein together until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
