Ingredients

- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Cinnamon
- Frozen cauli rice
- 1 spoon vanilla protein
Optional toppings
- Sprinkle of bee pollen
- Sprinkle of cacao puffs
Preparation
Blend the pumpkin purée, frozen banana, almond milk, cinnamon, frozen cauli rice, and vanilla protein together until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Sprinkle the optional toppings of bee pollen and cacao puffs on top
