Vegan Mango Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen roasted pumpkin
- 1 scoop @vivolife salted caramel protein powder
- splash of plant milk
- dash of cinnamon
Toppings
- homemade pumpkin spice granola (recipe by @nourishingyas)
- strawberries
- almond butter (drizzle)
- some seeds
Preparation
Blend all base ingredients until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings as desired
