Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen roasted pumpkin
  • 1 scoop @vivolife salted caramel protein powder
  • splash of plant milk
  • dash of cinnamon

Toppings

  • homemade pumpkin spice granola (recipe by @nourishingyas)
  • strawberries
  • almond butter (drizzle)
  • some seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all base ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings as desired
