Vegan Breakfast Smoothie Bowl with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- a handful of frozen mango
- a handful of frozen spinach
- 1 scoop of vegan protein powder in Cookies n Cream flavor
- 1 heaped teaspoon of barleygrass juice powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon of maca powder
- water
- almond milk
Toppings
- a fresh nectarine
- flame raisins
- desiccated coconut
- shelled hemp seeds
Preparation
Add water and almond milk to the smoothie ingredients until the desired thickness is reached.
Top with a fresh nectarine, flame raisins, desiccated coconut, and shelled hemp seeds.
Serve in a coconut bowl and enjoy.
Note: Nectarines are in season and are juicy and delicious.
