Vegan Breakfast Smoothie Bowl with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • a handful of frozen mango
  • a handful of frozen spinach
  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder in Cookies n Cream flavor
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of barleygrass juice powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of maca powder
  • water
  • almond milk

Toppings

  • a fresh nectarine
  • flame raisins
  • desiccated coconut
  • shelled hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Add water and almond milk to the smoothie ingredients until the desired thickness is reached.

  2. Top with a fresh nectarine, flame raisins, desiccated coconut, and shelled hemp seeds.

  3. Serve in a coconut bowl and enjoy.

  4. Note: Nectarines are in season and are juicy and delicious.
