Quick and Easy Summery Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen courgette
  • 2 cubes of frozen spinach
  • handful of frozen mango
  • strawberries and cream flavoured protein powder
  • maca powder
  • almond milk

Toppings

  • fresh fruit: apple, nectarine, and strawberries
  • cacao nibs
  • desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl or cup.

  3. Add the toppings and stir them in together or layer them as desired.

  4. Enjoy immediately or store in a container for later use.
