Quick and Easy Summery Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen courgette
- 2 cubes of frozen spinach
- handful of frozen mango
- strawberries and cream flavoured protein powder
- maca powder
- almond milk
Toppings
- fresh fruit: apple, nectarine, and strawberries
- cacao nibs
- desiccated coconut
Preparation
Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl or cup.
Add the toppings and stir them in together or layer them as desired.
Enjoy immediately or store in a container for later use.
