Post-Workout Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana?
  • 2 cubes of frozen spinach?
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 heaped tsp maca powder
  • 1 heaped tsp green superfoods powder?
  • instant coffee (add to your taste)☕️
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1/3 almond milk, the rest water

  2. Oats help with controlling blood sugar, keep you full for longer

  3. Spinach is a great source of iron & vitamins (specifically C, A & K)?

  4. Green superfoods (such as spirulina, wheatgrass and chlorella) are powerful anti-inflammatories and anti-oxidants and help regulate blood sugar levels?

  5. This smoothie was super filling and had 32g of protein
