Caramel Cinnamon Zucchini Oatmeal with Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 2 heaping tbsp @d8_made cinnamon date paste (can substitute with some chopped dates and a sprinkle of cinnamon)
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a pan.
Cook until thick and creamy.
Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy. For example, use banana, berries, vanilla soy yogurt, cinnamon date butter, and walnuts.
