Caramel Cinnamon Zucchini Oatmeal with Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 2 heaping tbsp @d8_made cinnamon date paste (can substitute with some chopped dates and a sprinkle of cinnamon)
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a pan.

  2. Cook until thick and creamy.

  3. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy. For example, use banana, berries, vanilla soy yogurt, cinnamon date butter, and walnuts.
