Healthy Zucchini Oatmeal with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 grated zucchini (or more if you like)
- 1/2 ripe mashed banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
Place on stovetop over medium heat.
Cook until thickened.
Stir well before serving.
Serve with extra fruit, seeds, and plant-based yogurt.
