Matcha Overnight Oats with Banana and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ripe banana

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a container or bowl and place in the fridge overnight, or add the mashed banana the day you plan to eat it to prevent oxidation.

  2. If needed, add a splash of almond milk to adjust the consistency to your liking.

Tips

  1. Optionally, top with kiwi, blueberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, or other fruits for added flavor.
