Matcha Overnight Oats with Banana and Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seed
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ripe banana
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a container or bowl and place in the fridge overnight, or add the mashed banana the day you plan to eat it to prevent oxidation.
If needed, add a splash of almond milk to adjust the consistency to your liking.
Tips
Optionally, top with kiwi, blueberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, or other fruits for added flavor.
