Delicious Matcha Pancakes with Oats and Banana
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbs matcha powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
Cook on a hot skillet until the batter is bubbly on the top side.
Flip the pancakes and allow to cook all the way through.
Once cooked, add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
