Delicious Matcha Pancakes with Oats and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbs matcha powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Cook on a hot skillet until the batter is bubbly on the top side.

  3. Flip the pancakes and allow to cook all the way through.

  4. Once cooked, add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
