Caramelized Peaches and Pecans Oatmeal
Ingredients
Caramelized peaches
- 2 cups of @sealtheseasons frozen peaches
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsps coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Dash of salt
Oats
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Slice the peaches.
Mix the coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla in a pan over medium heat.
Place the peaches and pecans on the pan.
Cook for about 3 minutes, then flip them over to cook on the other side, and repeat this process twice.
In a separate pan, mix the oats, almond milk, and a dash of salt and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Top the oats with the caramelized peaches and pecans and enjoy.
