Caramelized Peaches and Pecans Oatmeal

Ingredients

Caramelized peaches

  • 2 cups of @sealtheseasons frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsps coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Dash of salt

Oats

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Slice the peaches.

  2. Mix the coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Place the peaches and pecans on the pan.

  4. Cook for about 3 minutes, then flip them over to cook on the other side, and repeat this process twice.

  5. In a separate pan, mix the oats, almond milk, and a dash of salt and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

  6. Top the oats with the caramelized peaches and pecans and enjoy.
