Cinnamon Ginger Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger
- pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup almond milk ❤️
Preparation
Bring all ingredients to a boil and then bring to a simmer
Cook oats until desired consistency is reached then adjust seasonings as desired
Top with favorite fruit and enjoy
