Cinnamon Ginger Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup almond milk ❤️

Preparation

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil and then bring to a simmer

  2. Cook oats until desired consistency is reached then adjust seasonings as desired

  3. Top with favorite fruit and enjoy
