Cinnamon Ginger Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 mashed medjool date (or chopped into pieces)
- 1/2 cup almond milk ✨
Preparation
Mix everything except banana together in sealable container
Place in fridge overnight
Prior to serving add in mashed banana and serve topped with fruit
