Orange Ginger Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • zest of one orange
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 medjool date
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 banana sliced up
  • 2 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and stir to combine

  2. Bring mixture to a simmer and allow to cook and thicken for 3-5 minutes

  3. Remove from the stove, give another quick stir and serve as desired
