Vanilla Ginger Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk ?
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes to thicken
Serve with any toppings
For me I had half a champagne mango, handful of berries and 2 tbsp of seeds
