Vanilla Ginger Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk ?

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan

  2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes to thicken

  3. Serve with any toppings

  4. For me I had half a champagne mango, handful of berries and 2 tbsp of seeds
