Date and Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except banana in a container of choice. Seal container and set in fridge overnight to soak and soften oats.

  2. Prior to serving, mix in banana. Top as desired.
