Date and Cinnamon Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- 1 medjool date
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except banana in a container of choice. Seal container and set in fridge overnight to soak and soften oats.
Prior to serving, mix in banana. Top as desired.
