Matcha Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp white chia seeds or flax seed
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon and ginger
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 mashed ripe banana
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a Tupperware except banana and place in fridge overnight
Add in mashed banana when you are ready to eat and evenly mix contents up
Serve with fruit and enjoy
