Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp white chia seeds or flax seed
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cinnamon and ginger
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 mashed ripe banana

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a Tupperware except banana and place in fridge overnight

  2. Add in mashed banana when you are ready to eat and evenly mix contents up

  3. Serve with fruit and enjoy
