Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp matcha powder (depending on preference)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk ?

Preparation

  1. Mix all together except for banana

  2. Place mixture in fridge overnight

  3. Prior to serving mix in banana then enjoy topped with fruit of your choice

  4. Kiwi, banana, mulberries, cherries and strawberries for me today
