Matcha Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 to 1 tsp matcha powder (depending on preference)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk ?
Preparation
Mix all together except for banana
Place mixture in fridge overnight
Prior to serving mix in banana then enjoy topped with fruit of your choice
