Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • pinch of salt (optional) ?

Preparation

  1. Combine everything except the banana

  2. Stir to combine, seal and place in fridge overnight

  3. In the morning stir in banana and adjust flavors as need be
