Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- pinch of salt (optional) ?
Preparation
Combine everything except the banana
Stir to combine, seal and place in fridge overnight
In the morning stir in banana and adjust flavors as need be
