Mulberry Cinnamon Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp dried mulberries
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/8 tsp or pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Preparation
In a medium sauce pan, combine all dry ingredients including mulberries and coconut flakes and evenly mix
Add in milk then bring mixture to a simmer and cook until thickened, between 3-5 minutes
Remove from stove top and mix in mashed banana before serving
Top with desired fruit, granola or nut butters
