Simple Cinnamon and Ginger Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup soy milk

Preparation

  1. Mix everything except banana.

  2. Set in fridge overnight.

  3. Stir in banana when ready to serve.
