Simple Cinnamon and Ginger Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup soy milk
Preparation
Mix everything except banana.
Set in fridge overnight.
Stir in banana when ready to serve.
