Ginger Spiced Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk ?

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a container of choice

  2. Add in milk, give a good stir then seal and place in fridge overnight

  3. Prior to serving the next day, stir in banana and adjust seasonings to preference

  4. Top as desired and enjoy at home or on the go
