Mulberry Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp dried mulberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup milk ?

Preparation

  1. As per usual, mix everything except banana together and soak overnight in the fridge

  2. Mix in banana prior to serving and adjust seasonings as desired

  3. Top with your favorite toppings! Ive been loving these Rainer cherries especially, but also enjoyed with blueberries, plumcot (plum and apricot mix)
