Cinnamon and Mulberry Oats
Ingredients
- cinnamon and mulberry oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1-2 tbsp dried mulberries
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk ?
Preparation
Mix everything except banana together
Allow to soak overnight in the fridge
Prior to serving, mix in mashed banana and top with fruit
