Tasty Coconut Oats Dish with Fresh Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- 1 banana
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
