Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk ?

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients except banana together in a sealable container

  2. Prior to serving stir in mashed banana

  3. Top as desired and enjoy
