Creamy Oat Bowl with Banana and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes until creamy, then remove from stovetop.

  3. Top as desired with peanut butter, fruit, or date syrup.
