Creamy Oat Bowl with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook for about 3 minutes until creamy, then remove from stovetop.
Top as desired with peanut butter, fruit, or date syrup.
Tips
For a creamier texture, chop the oats in a mini food processor before cooking.
Banana can be mashed or sliced before adding or used as a topping.
