Cardamom Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- pinch of salt
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup almond milk ?
Preparation
Mix everything except banana
Set mixture in fridge overnight
Prior to serving, stir in mashed banana
Then top as desired
