Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • matcha overnight oats
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp white chia seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 mashed banana
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 cup soy milk ?

Preparation

  1. Mix everything except banana and place in fridge overnight

  2. Add in mashed banana before serving

  3. Top as desired
