Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch ginger powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Mix everything except banana into a bowl and set in fridge overnight

  2. In the morning mix in some mashed banana then top as desired

  3. Cherries, blueberries, strawberries and nibs were my toppings of choice

  4. So yum
