Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch ginger powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Mix everything except banana into a bowl and set in fridge overnight
In the morning mix in some mashed banana then top as desired
Cherries, blueberries, strawberries and nibs were my toppings of choice
