Cardamom Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- cardamom overnight oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 mashed banana ?
Preparation
Mix everything except banana the night before and stick mixture in fridge overnight so that oats can absorb the liquid
Right before serving add in mashed banana and stir to evenly distribute
Serve with your preferences
I chose mango, cherries, blueberries, pumpkin seeds and passion fruit
