Simple Ginger Overnight Oats with Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Set in the fridge overnight.

  3. Top with fruit and serve.
