Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 mashed ripe banana

Preparation

  1. Mix contents except for banana together in a bowl or Tupperware container and place in fridge overnight

  2. Add in mashed banana when getting ready to serve and top as desired

  3. I didn’t need any sweetener for this but feel free to adjust flavors to your preference
