Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 mashed ripe banana
Preparation
Mix contents except for banana together in a bowl or Tupperware container and place in fridge overnight
Add in mashed banana when getting ready to serve and top as desired
I didn’t need any sweetener for this but feel free to adjust flavors to your preference
