Delicious Overnight Oats with Fresh Berries and Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the banana together.
Place the mixture in the fridge overnight to thicken.
Before serving, mash the banana and add it, stirring to incorporate evenly.
The banana provides natural sweetness, so additional sweeteners like maple syrup may not be necessary.
