Cardamom Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- Pinch cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Cook until oats soak up all the liquids and thickens to your desired consistency.
