Cardamom Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook until oats soak up all the liquids and thickens to your desired consistency.

  3. Top as desired and enjoy.
