Simple Cinnamon Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled or quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients on the stovetop and stir until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
