Coconut Turmeric Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 crack of pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk ?

Preparation

  1. Mix all spices together along with all other ingredients except banana

  2. Place mixture in fridge overnight to soak

  3. In the morning prior to eating, mix in banana

  4. Serve with desired fruit
