Coconut Ginger Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients except banana to a container.
Mix and store in fridge overnight.
In the morning, add mashed banana to oats.
Serve with some fruit and plant-based yogurt, and optionally add more coconut and nibs on top.
