Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • coconut overnight oats
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup soy, almond or coconut milk
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Combine and mix everything except banana together in a bowl or Tupperware

  2. Seal and place in fridge to set overnight

  3. Prior to consuming, mix in mashed banana

  4. Serve with extra berries
