Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- coconut overnight oats
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup soy, almond or coconut milk
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Combine and mix everything except banana together in a bowl or Tupperware
Seal and place in fridge to set overnight
Prior to consuming, mix in mashed banana
Serve with extra berries
