Maca Ginger Oats
Ingredients
- maca ginger oats
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/4 heaping tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- pinch of salt
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk ?
Preparation
Mix everything except banana together
Allow oats to soak overnight and mix in banana before serving
You can eat as is or if you want them warm just pop in the microwave for about a minute to heat up
