Cinnamon Nutmeg Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • cinnamon nutmeg overnight oats
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch salt
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk ?

Preparation

  1. Stir everything together except for the banana

  2. Pop in fridge overnight then mix in banana before serving

  3. Gotta keep it simple
