Cinnamon Nutmeg Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- cinnamon nutmeg overnight oats
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch salt
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk ?
Preparation
Stir everything together except for the banana
Pop in fridge overnight then mix in banana before serving
