Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Mix everything except banana together except banana and place in fridge overnight

  2. Add in banana prior to serving and mix well

  3. Serve with fruit or other toppings
