Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Mix everything except banana together except banana and place in fridge overnight
Add in banana prior to serving and mix well
Serve with fruit or other toppings
