Grilled Peaches with Maple Syrup and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1-2 large peaches
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • splash of vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Make oatmeal or overnight oats based on preference.

  2. Cut 1-2 large peaches into 1/2 inch thick wedges.

  3. Toss the wedges with a pinch of cinnamon, 2 tsp maple syrup, a splash of vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

  4. Preheat the grill.

  5. Place the peach slices on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes or until grill marks form.

  6. Flip the slices and cook for another 3 minutes.

  7. Remove from grill and top over oats, pancakes, waffles, plant-based yogurt, or enjoy by itself.

  8. Note that grilled peaches pair well with many dishes or can be eaten alone.
