Grilled Peaches with Maple Syrup and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1-2 large peaches
- pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- splash of vanilla
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Make oatmeal or overnight oats based on preference.
Cut 1-2 large peaches into 1/2 inch thick wedges.
Toss the wedges with a pinch of cinnamon, 2 tsp maple syrup, a splash of vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Preheat the grill.
Place the peach slices on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes or until grill marks form.
Flip the slices and cook for another 3 minutes.
Remove from grill and top over oats, pancakes, waffles, plant-based yogurt, or enjoy by itself.
Note that grilled peaches pair well with many dishes or can be eaten alone.
