Apple Pie Bites for Festive Season

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup grated apple
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together the grated apple with almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla.

  2. Then add rolled oats, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and combine.

  3. Let chill in the fridge for 30 min before scooping out and forming bite sized treats.

  4. Enjoy!
