Apple Pie Bites for Festive Season
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup grated apple
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
In a bowl, mix together the grated apple with almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla.
Then add rolled oats, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and combine.
Let chill in the fridge for 30 min before scooping out and forming bite sized treats.
