Quick and Easy Oatmeal Raisin Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1/3 cup smooth natural peanut
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A small pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
In a food processor combine all ingredients except for raisins and blend until dough forms, add more peanut butter if needed.
Fold in raisins.
Roll 1 tablespoon of dough at a time into energy balls.
Refrigerate in an air-tight container.
