Quick and Easy Oatmeal Raisin Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/3 cup smooth natural peanut
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • A small pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

  1. In a food processor combine all ingredients except for raisins and blend until dough forms, add more peanut butter if needed.

  2. Fold in raisins.

  3. Roll 1 tablespoon of dough at a time into energy balls.

  4. Refrigerate in an air-tight container.
