Oats—cooked and Cozy
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Shake everything together in a jar and refrigerate overnight
Blend frozen blueberries with enough full fat coconut milk until creamy and thick
Layer and eat!
