Oats—cooked and Cozy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Shake everything together in a jar and refrigerate overnight

  2. Blend frozen blueberries with enough full fat coconut milk until creamy and thick

  3. Layer and eat!
