Delicious Cinnamon Oats for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

  2. Stir as it thickens to desired consistency, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and top oats as desired for serving.
