Extra Creamy Oats Breakfast Delight

Ingredients

  • 1/3 rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp plain plant based yogurt

Preparation

  1. Add everything except yogurt to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow oats to cook and thicken then remove from stove top, about 4-5 minutes.

  3. Once off stove top, stir in yogurt and serve.
