Extra Creamy Oats Breakfast Delight
Ingredients
- 1/3 rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp plain plant based yogurt
Preparation
Add everything except yogurt to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Allow oats to cook and thicken then remove from stove top, about 4-5 minutes.
Once off stove top, stir in yogurt and serve.
