Cinnamon Ginger Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp white chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients in a sauce pan before adding almond milk and banana
Bring to a simmer and cook oats until thickened
