Cinnamon Ginger Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp white chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a sauce pan before adding almond milk and banana

  2. Bring to a simmer and cook oats until thickened

  3. Top as desired and enjoy your weekend
