Ginger Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp white chia seeds (that’s what i had on hand)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Mix everything but the banana together
And set in fridge overnight
Add in mashed banana prior to serving and mix evenly before topping with anything you like
I went with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mulberries and some cacao nibs
