Ginger Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp white chia seeds (that’s what i had on hand)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Mix everything but the banana together

  2. And set in fridge overnight

  3. Add in mashed banana prior to serving and mix evenly before topping with anything you like

  4. I went with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mulberries and some cacao nibs
