Easy Gingerbread Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds (chia, flax or hemp)
- 1/2 tsp gingerbread seasoning
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the banana in a Tupperware container, mix to combine, and allow to set overnight in the fridge.
Prior to serving, mix in mashed banana.
Top as desired.
