Easy Gingerbread Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds (chia, flax or hemp)
  • 1/2 tsp gingerbread seasoning
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except the banana in a Tupperware container, mix to combine, and allow to set overnight in the fridge.

  2. Prior to serving, mix in mashed banana.

  3. Top as desired.
